Parents must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent.

Reporting: Parents must file a Notice of Intent within 30 days of beginning to homeschool and by April 1 of each year thereafter.

Compulsory Attendance: Between 5 years old (before September 1) to age 18 or high school graduation, whichever occurs first. Same number of days as the local public schools.

Required Subjects: Math, reading, language arts, science and social studies
